Auroville Language laboratory, ALL

 

Auroville was conceived as a place where humanity could think of progressing beyond intellectual capacities and live and work together transcending individual, national and religious boundaries. This Project aspires to speak the same through architecture.

 

Through ALL, the attempt is to integrate an alternative building process , various appropriate building technologies and renewable energies sources, so as to promote eco-friendly and sustainable development.

 

In this field earth, as a raw building material, plays a major role, but other appropriate technologies such as ferrocement , biological wastewater treatment, solar lighting, wind and solar lighting and solar pumping are also used.
